It's Quarantine Date Night!
I hope everyone has had a great week and is looking forward to the weekend!
To kick off your weekend just right, tonight's book turned movie is "Under the Tuscan Sun". What is so special about this movie is that not only is it based on a book, but the book is inspired by the author's real life journey of buying, renovating, and living in an old abandoned villa in Italy!
The only complaint I have about the book and movie is that the food didn't magically appear before me 😂 Alas, if the intoxicating descriptions don't yield actual food while reading, you can always pick up a copy of one of @francesemayes ‘s cookbooks and that will do the trick. I planned on sharing one of Ms. Mayes traditional dinner recipes, but I was unable to move forward after seeing that Strawberry Semifreddo recipe 🤤 Bio link has where you can buy your own copy of her books, and be sure to check out her magazine-worthy Instagram page!
